DAN Jamal, Talal & Mohammad Samir Khaled RAI Company a joint-liability company and a Family Business was established in 1975 and composed of the father and his six sons and employing fifty persons . Its main business was customs clearing, forwarding and related services. Also they have an office for import /export of a wide range of commodities (wood, vehicles, fertilizers, etc.. )

In 1996, DAN Jamal, Talal & Mohammad Samir Khaled RAI Company established the first plant in Syria for filtration and packaging natural virgin olive oil into different sizes of bottles under the trade mark "Al Motawasset Olive Oil" according to IOC standards , and the plant employs around 30 employees.

In 2008 , DAN Jamal, Talal & Mohammad Samir Khaled RAI Company. established a four stars restaurant looking to Mediterranean sea side and including 200 employees and workers.
